Position Description

A 背阴书院 teacher puts their students at the center of all that they do. They care deeply about their emotional well being in addition to their academic progress. They use data to inform their instruction 和 tailor their instruction to engage 和 meet the needs of their students. This applicant is a collaborator who cares about doing what is best for the team 和 for the school, even if that is not the easiest path for themselves. A successful applicant grasps the enormity of their role in creating an optional learning experience that serves as the foundation upon which all other educational experiences are built for their students.
